Sunaj is a civil servant who has dedicated his professional career to the hospitality sector, primarily by asserting his influence at the most basic level – legislative changes concerning the sector. His experience in the area of tourism development and improvement in Macedonia is constantly extended through his work in the National Tourism Development Program by directly proposing measures for its implementation. Sunaj is also part of the Department for monitoring, analysis and results of the already implemented activities in the hospitality and tourism sector within the Ministry of Economy.

Zoran is an experienced trainer on hospitality related topics in cooperation with international assistance programs, all implemented in order to raise the quality level in the hospitality and tourism sector. He is a regular member of the team working on the National Tourism Strategy in Macedonia, both in its creation and its implementation. He holds a Master's Degree in marketing and branding in tourism and hospitality with more than 10 years of managerial experience primarily in the area of marketing, promotion, branding and sales. He is also a member of the team for standardizing hotel and hospitality facilities. He is fluent in English and several languages spoken in the region.
